Please see the following link where you can find all the latest info regarding the dicamba registration.
Late on June 3rd, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issued a ruling that vacates the current U.S. registrations of certain low-volatility dicamba products. The court has mandated that the registration be vacated, which means the EPA registrations are no longer valid for Xtendimax, Enginia, and Fexipan.
Due to this ruling and mandate, Central Plains Ag Services has no choice but to restrict sales of these products until we learn more from the governing agencies.
Please contact your local Sales Agronomists to help you with an alternative approach if this sales and use ban continues.
This is a huge inconvenience for our customers and the whole industry, and we are staying in contact with our state agencies to determine what is next.
